28-29 on the Park tool Tensionometer with a Flow rim, which I think you have....the rim sets the max tension, not the hub. Eyelets fail before hub flanges in tension-related issues.

Replaced spoke. Rim was really true even before replacing the spoke. Tensions were even and in spec. With several years of use, the wheel is outstanding shape. The cost of I9 wheels is high, but the long term durability make it a good value. Maybe not a big jump or DH wheel, but a outstanding AM or Cross Country.
